As we move toward the Solstice, we are being called to return to the practices that help us feel more alive, connected and coherent.


Coherence is something we tend through light, water, nature, nourishment, grounding, beauty, connection and embodied awareness, we begin to remember that healing starts long before protocols.

It begins in relationship.


With the sun.

With the earth.
With the water within us.
With the people we love.
With the intelligence of the living world.

This is meant to be a simple return

This is about remembering the small, living practices that help your body return to rhythm.

Morning light.
A glass of water.
Bare feet on the earth.
A meal grown close to home.
A song that opens your heart.
A conversation that softens your nervous system.
A moment of awe.

These are coherence practices. Ā 

Day 1
Water is the bridge

Bring awareness to hydration, flow and the water within and all around us.

Practice: Drink water slowly and intentionally. Sit near water if possible. Give gratitude and thanks to water.

Share: Tea ritual, ocean, river, glass of water, rain.
